Sessions focus on personal responsibility, coping skills, emotional regulation, impulse control, healthy boundaries, and decision-making. Sessions look honestly at past choices and what will be different going forward.

What Individual Sessions Involve

Individual sessions are a structured, confidential, and nonjudgmental setting where clients talk openly about their challenges while being held accountable for their actions. The work focuses on identifying unhealthy behavior patterns, developing coping skills, improving emotional regulation, and making better decisions. Clients can expect a personalized treatment plan, practical assignments, and consistent support.

Individual sessions are often scheduled twice a week for 45 to 60 minutes. The schedule and the overall length of treatment are set at the assessment based on your needs, your progress, and any program requirements.

Does This Sound Like You?
