Youth and Families
Plain answers for parents and guardians of adolescents facing a referral or already in treatment.
These pages are written for parents, guardians and the adults who support a teen through counseling. They cover what happens after a referral, what treatment for adolescents 13 to 17 involves, how the youth group works and how families stay informed along the way. Youth and adult groups are always separate.
Where to Start
How to Use These Pages
If a referral just arrived, start with the first steps page. If treatment is already underway, the pages on what parents can expect and how to talk with your teen may help most.
