How It Works
Free Consultation
A 20 to 30 minute call to describe your situation in general terms and ask questions before committing to anything.
Assessment
A 1 to 2 hour assessment ($200) to understand patterns and set goals.
Sessions
Individual work, plus youth group or adult group where it fits the plan.
Review
Progress is reviewed over time, and the plan adjusts with it.
When Anger Is Costing You Your Relationships
Sessions focus on emotional regulation, impulse control, coping skills, personal responsibility, healthy boundaries, and decision-making.
The aim is to choose your response instead of being driven by it.

What Individual Sessions Involve
Individual sessions are a structured, confidential, and nonjudgmental setting where clients talk openly about their challenges while being held accountable for their actions. The work focuses on identifying unhealthy behavior patterns, developing coping skills, improving emotional regulation, and making better decisions. Clients can expect a personalized treatment plan, practical assignments, and consistent support.
Individual sessions are often scheduled twice a week for 45 to 60 minutes. The schedule and the overall length of treatment are set at the assessment based on your needs, your progress, and any program requirements.
Does This Sound Like You?
“I have trouble controlling my anger, and it is affecting my relationships, family, and everyday life.”
If it does, call the office and start with a free consultation.
Owning the Response
Other people and situations can be genuinely unfair. Counseling does not ask you to pretend otherwise. It asks what you did, what it cost, and what you will do next time.
