Discuss the Right Combination
Individual sessions, youth group, and the adult group can be used on their own or together. Which combination fits is something to discuss at the assessment, based on your needs and any program requirements.
There is no single package everyone follows, and the plan can be revisited as you progress.
Youth and Adult Services
- Youth and adult groups are separate.
- The adult group is for people 18 and older.
- The assessment helps determine which services fit your needs.
- Sexual offense treatment and anger management are distinct services, even when one person receives both.

What the Assessment Covers
The assessment is the first step for adolescents and adults seeking counseling or specialized behavioral treatment. It reviews personal history, behavioral concerns, mental health background, and reasons for seeking treatment, and it identifies areas of concern, treatment recommendations, and an individualized plan.
Expect intake paperwork, a conversation about treatment goals, and a review of program expectations, session frequency, and financial responsibilities. Assessments take 1 to 2 hours, depending on individual needs and circumstances, and cost $200.
