What the Youth Group Involves

Youth group counseling is for adolescents who need support with anger management, behavioral challenges, impulse control, poor decision-making, and problematic sexual behavior. The group is a structured, supportive, and nonjudgmental setting where participants learn from one another while building coping skills, emotional regulation, accountability, and positive social interaction.

Groups focus on identifying harmful behavior patterns, understanding consequences, establishing healthy boundaries, and making responsible choices. Each 45 to 60 minute session includes guided discussions, interactive activities, and skill-building exercises. Participants are expected to attend regularly, participate, respect others, and follow group rules.
