What the Assessment Covers
The assessment is the first step for adolescents and adults seeking counseling or specialized behavioral treatment. It reviews personal history, behavioral concerns, mental health background, and reasons for seeking treatment, and it identifies areas of concern, treatment recommendations, and an individualized plan.
Expect intake paperwork, a conversation about treatment goals, and a review of program expectations, session frequency, and financial responsibilities. Assessments take 1 to 2 hours, depending on individual needs and circumstances, and cost $200.
How Often and How Long
How often individual sessions happen is discussed at the assessment. How long treatment lasts depends on your needs, your progress, and any program requirements, so no fixed or guaranteed timeline is offered.
If you are budgeting, ask during the consultation how the rates apply to your likely plan. As a reference: an assessment is $200 for 1 to 2 hours, each individual session is $120 for 45 to 60 minutes, and each youth group or adult group session is $50 for 45 to 60 minutes.

Oklahoma Complete Health is part of Oklahoma's Medicaid program. Aetna is coming back soon, so ask the office for the current status.

Cancellation Policy
- Cancel or reschedule at least 24 hours in advance.
- Late cancellations and missed sessions may be charged the scheduled $120 session rate.
- Those charges are not billed to insurance.
Why the Cancellation Window Exists
A session reserved for you is time no one else can use. Twenty-four hours gives the office a chance to offer that time to another client. If something comes up, call or email as early as you can.
