Sessions at the South Western Avenue Office
The office at 5350 S Western Ave, Suite 522, Oklahoma City, OK 73109 is the practice's only location. Individual sessions there run 45 to 60 minutes and are often scheduled twice a week, with your schedule set at the assessment. Group sessions also run 45 to 60 minutes.
Coming to the office gives the work a fixed place and time, apart from home, school or the job. For parents and guardians, it offers a consistent place to bring a teen for sessions.
Telehealth for the Rest of Oklahoma
Not everyone in Oklahoma County, or elsewhere in Oklahoma, can get to South Western Avenue on a regular schedule. Telehealth brings the practice to clients located anywhere else in the state, who meet with Mr. Omar from a private place near them.
Clients who expect to be out of the state should call the office before that session to ask what is possible. If your plan includes group work and you would attend by telehealth, confirm with the office how that will be arranged.

Oklahoma City Questions
Is there an office anywhere besides Oklahoma City?
No. The South Western Avenue office is the only one, and clients elsewhere in Oklahoma can use telehealth.
Will an Oklahoma County court or OJA accept treatment here?
That decision belongs to the court, probation office or OJA, not the practice. Check with them about accepted providers before the assessment.
Can my teen be seen at the office?
Yes. Teens 13 to 17 meet with Mr. Omar individually, in a youth group with no adults in it, or both.
Can I walk in during a crisis?
The office works by appointment and is not an emergency service. For a crisis, call or text 988 instead, and call 911 when someone is in immediate danger.
